All installed parts purchased through JJJ are covered by our twelve (12) month or 12,000 mile, whichever comes first, JJJ Limited Warranty.  All JL and JT suspensions and suspension installations are covered by our twenty-four (24) months or 24,000 mile, whichever comes first, JJJ Limited Warranty. Some exclusions may apply. Normal wear & tear are excluded from these JJJ Limited Warranties. JJJ Limited Warranties excludes off-road use for most parts. Off-road use vehicle parts warranties are at the discretion of JJJ and on a case-by-case basis. Some parts and services may carry a different warranty due to certain manufacturers warranties. You will be made aware of this at pick-up. Any parts that are deemed defective during the JJJ Limited Warranty period will be replaced free of charge, including parts and/or labor.  Any parts that are defective after the JJJ Limited Warranty has expired, will be at the discretion of the parts' manufacturers.

Customer supplied parts are not covered by any warranties.  Labor on customer supplied parts is a 30-day limited warranty.  Any defects in customer supplied parts will void any labor warranty.

These JJJ Limited Warranties and any Manufacturers’ warranties’ cover only the original purchaser of the services and/or the installed parts on the original vehicle. This warranty is not transferable to other individuals or vehicles.

If a part is deemed defective, the defective item will be replaced, free of charge, like-for-like.  If a refund or and different part is chosen over replacement, installation labor for the original part is NOT refundable.

All vehicle warranty work is to be performed by Joe’s JeepJungle exclusively. Any work performed by any other shop will void all warranties on all parts and labor. At the first sign of any problems with your parts or vehicle, please call the shop, (443) 609-4559, immediately. Failure to do so can void your JJJ warranty. Joe’s JeepJungle is not liable for damage to any parts not supplied and installed by Joes JeepJungle. Exceptions will be made for extenuating circumstances such as vehicle being out-of-state due to travel, on a case-by-case basis with restrictions.
